Welcome to Heal Physio & Wellness Clinic. By accessing our website, submitting an online appointment request, or receiving physical therapy treatments at our Malé clinic, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Notice

The information provided on this website is for general informational and appointment booking purposes only and does not constitute formal emergency medical diagnosis. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency or severe acute trauma, please seek immediate emergency medical assistance at the nearest hospital.

2. Appointment Booking & Scheduling

• Request Confirmation: Online booking submissions represent appointment requests and are finalized upon direct phone or email confirmation from our clinic desk.
• Punctuality: Patients are kindly requested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary clinical intake procedures.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy session, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to allow us to accommodate other patients in need.

3. Patient Responsibilities & Disclosure

Patients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful medical history information, including existing health conditions, previous surgeries, current medications, and physician prescriptions. Heal Physio & Wellness Clinic is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical facts.

4. Treatment Consent & Professional Care

Physical assessments and therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, electrotherapy, rehabilitation exercises) are performed by qualified, licensed physiotherapists. Treatment plans are explained to the patient prior to commencement, and patients retain the right to ask questions or decline specific interventions at any point.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, logos, text content, design elements, and intellectual property appearing on this website belong exclusively to Heal Physio & Wellness Clinic and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising out of or related to our clinic services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maldivian courts.
